Developed in response to impact of the severe bushfires of 2009, Open for Business is a toolkit that helps Victorian tourism businesses get organised so they can recover more quickly from any emergency incident. It includes tools, tips and case studies. The toolkit is designed to complement the Crisis Communications Handbook for Regional and Local Tourism.
