How do I join the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW)?By creating a listing on visitvictoria.com, you will be eligible to have your listing information sent to ATDW. All listings on visitvictoria.com will be distributed to ATDW at no charge, unless the operator opts out of this distribution or is an Accommodation Booking Service. Which product listings are not eligible for distribution to ATDW?Accommodation Booking Services are not eligible to be sent to ATDW as they do not fall within an ATDW defined product category. Which websites will my information appear on via ATDW?By having your listing information sent to ATDW, your information will also appear on www.australia.com (Tourism Australia’s consumer website) and up to 50 other websites such as www.about-australia.com.au and www.takeabreak.com.au. For more information about ATDW distributors go to: www.atdw.com.au/distributors.asp How do I update information about my business on ATDW?By updating the information on your visitvictoria listing, the information about your product on ATDW will also be updated. It takes approximately 2 weeks for all websites connected to ATDW to update the changes you have made. How do I remove my product information from ATDW and other ATDW websites?You may do this by logging into your listing on visitvictoria.com and then opting-out of ATDW in Step 2 (this can be done by clicking on ‘Edit’ on the left hand panel of your listing). Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your product information to be removed from all websites. Will ATDW distributors contact me?On occasion, ATDW distributors may contact you with opportunities to extend the presence of your business on their website or other online opportunities. Distributors are able to contact you by acting within the ATDW Distributor Communications Guidelines. |
